Week 1!

Dear All,   

The immunisation  team will be in school on  Wednesday 5th of November to offer a nasel flu vaccination to children in all year groups.    If you would like your child to receive the vaccination, you will need to give your consent by completing the online form,  please see the attached letter which has the link to the consent website along with other important information.   Please note that the deadline to give  your consent is 48 hours prior to the date of the vaccination and we are not able to add children to the list manually after this time.   You may need to copy and paste the link in to your search bar.   Please contact the school office if you can not access the link.
